My stay was quite pleasant, as the cottages were comfortable and well-equipped for our short visit. The peaceful bushland setting was lovely, but there were a few drawbacks such as limited kitchen amenities and a lack of free Wi-Fi. Overall, it was a great place for a family getaway, especially with so many nearby attractions.

Rooms

The in-house restaurant offered good meals, though I found the prices to be a bit high.
Facilities

Facilities include a lovely gym and playground, but I was disappointed by the lack of free Wi-Fi access.

I had a wonderful 10-day stay at the resort, where the hospitality was truly exceptional. The apartment had a lot of space with great amenities, making it a comfortable home away from home. The location was peaceful and allowed for some lovely nature observations, though I did wish the Wi-Fi was better. Overall, I found it to be fantastic value for money, especially with all the sweet wildlife around.

Rooms
9.0
The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, featuring two separate bedrooms and a comfortable living area. It was clean and served our needs perfectly.
Service
10.0
The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. They even checked in to make sure we settled in well, which was quite nice.
Location
9.0
The resort is beautifully positioned, providing a quiet atmosphere with lots of wildlife to enjoy. It's also conveniently close to Cowes and various local attractions.
Dining
6.0
The dining options could use improvement. I found the dinner prices to be quite high for the quality, which made it feel less like a resort experience.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were generally good with a nature-focused ambiance, but I think they could benefit from more modern updates. It felt a bit rustic, which some might appreciate.

6.4/10

I recently spent two nights at this resort, which, while surrounded by beautiful nature, has seen better days. The cabins offer a nice sense of privacy, and I did appreciate the cleanliness of the bedding and bathroom. However, the amenities could really use some updates, and there were a few cleanliness issues around the outdoor decks and common areas. Despite being at full capacity, the overall atmosphere was surprisingly quiet, which was great for relaxation.

Rooms
6.0
The cabin I stayed in was tidy but quite outdated with ancient appliances. While the bedding was clean and fresh, the outdoor deck needed a thorough cleaning.
Service
7.0
The check-in process was slow, taking about 45 minutes, but Gaby at reception was really lovely and friendly. Despite being busy, she made the experience pleasant.
Location
8.0
The resort is nestled within a national park, surrounded by trees, which creates a lovely natural environment. However, it's about 4km from Main Street, so you'll need a car to get around.
Dining
5.0
The restaurant closed quite early so I couldn't try breakfast, but I noticed limited options during my visit. A bit more variety would have been nice.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities included both indoor and outdoor pools and a gym, but the pool lounges were limited and not very comfortable.

I had a lovely 10-day stay at this resort. The staff interactions were really great, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, I did notice some older furniture and a need for updates. The amenities were adequate, but the dining options could use improvement, especially during breakfast hours.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable, equipped with a full kitchen and laundry facilities, which were very useful.
Service
9.0
Staff interactions were excellent, and they went out of their way to help whenever we needed assistance.
Location
8.0
The resort is in a tranquil area and just a short drive from Cowes, where I found plenty of dining options.
Dining
6.0
While there were good options in Cowes, I found the in-house dining experience a bit average and it could be organized better.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were okay but some areas need sprucing up; the gym equipment was quite old.

Our stay was okay, with a lovely location and clean cabin, but the experience left a bit to be desired. While the views from the pool and tennis court were fantastic, the lack of housekeeping or any amenities like extra towels and kitchen essentials took away from our enjoyment. Overall, it was a decent value for a relaxing getaway, but there is much room for improvement.

Rooms
6.0
The cabin we had was clean but quite old and could use refreshing. It was spacious enough for our group of six, which was a plus.
Service
7.0
The service was friendly and accommodating, although they seemed quite busy. We could have used a bit more help with basic amenities.
Location
8.0
The location was really nice with beautiful countryside views, making it relaxing to spend time outdoors.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were basic and priced high for what was offered. The cafe was not busy but the facilities seemed overwhelmed.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities are dated and need maintenance. The pool area was nice, but lacking additional features to enjoy.
